We are committed to creating personalised products that are made especially for you. As each order is individually produced, please read the following policy carefully before making your purchase.

Custom Orders

All personalised and custom-made products are manufactured specifically to the details provided by the customer. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds where:

You change your mind after placing your order.
Incorrect names, dates, messages or other personalised information were provided.
You wish to make changes after production has started.

Please note that once your order enters production, it cannot be cancelled or amended.

Checking Your Personalisation

Before completing your order, please take a moment to confirm that:

All names, wording, dates and spelling are correct.
Your selected product, colour, size and design options are accurate.
Your shipping details are complete and up to date.

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist before production begins, although changes cannot be guaranteed.

If There's a Problem With Your Order

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives:

damaged during transit;
defective;
or different from what was confirmed in your order,

please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include:

Your order number;
A description of the issue;
Clear photographs of the product and packaging where applicable.

After reviewing your claim, we will determine the most appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair or refund.

Every personalised item is carefully produced and quality checked before dispatch. While we cannot accept returns for personalised products due to customer errors or change of mind, we are committed to resolving any genuine manufacturing or fulfilment issues promptly and fairly.
