Manufacturing Lead Times + Shipping Lead Times
Retail orders:
2-3 working days + NZ Post: Metro Areas 1-3 days, Rural Areas 5-7 days
Corporate Gifts bulk orders:
Delivering as fast as 4 weeks, any additional customisations to your product may take extra time.
- Every single purchase is sent via New Zealand Post tracked courier service New Zealand wide.
- Please allow additional time for rural deliveries.
- We can only take responsibility for products until they are delivered. Once delivered, please let us know within 3 working days whether there is a problem with your purchase as a result of shipping and handling.
Tracking your order
You will receive an email with tracking number once your order is despatched. Please note that the email might be in your Junk mailbox if you couldn’t find it in your primary mailbox.
